The Community Connect Project

Behind every child who believes in themselves, is a parent who believed in them first!

We know that being a parent comes with its own set of challenges and more so when you are a parent of a child with special needs. While you are navigating through these early years, we would like to be of assistance to make things a little simpler and a lot less complicated.

The Community Connect Project is solely devised to help parents like you gain complete access to all services, peer support and resources you will need in your parenting and child support journey.

What’s New? We’re now accepting requests for connecting you to special education service providers from the comfort of your home.
